Shipping
and Return Policy
We strive to have orders filled, shipped,
and in your bathrooms within 7 business day, but please allow 1-2
weeks for delivery.
All unopened merchandise will be
accepted for a 100% full refund (less shipping and handling costs) for
30 days from the date orders are received. Opened or used products will not be
refundable. If you wish to return your products, please notify us
first via e-mail at custserv@haircareusa.com.
Products sent back without authorization will become the property of
Hair Care USA.
Shipping & Handling Rates:
- $00.00 - $15 = $5.50
- $15.01 - $30 = $7.00
- $30.01 - $45 = $8.50
- $45.01 - $60 = $10.00
- $60.01 and up = $12.00
- International Orders: We do not
ship out of the US.
Your credit card will not be
charged until your order ships!
Please note:
If you are not comfortable ordering
with a credit card over the Internet, you may print a copy of your
Shopping Cart page and mail that with a check or Money Order to us

Although we ask
to allow 1-2 weeks delivery, we in no way guarantee that your
products will arrive in that time frame (although 99% of our orders
do). If there is a significant delay with your order it is due to
being out of stock and backordered from the manufacturer, which of
course we have no control over.
If your order has not arrived
within two weeks, please e-mail us for an estimated delivery time.
If the delay is too great, you are free to cancel your order (up
until the day it ships) at no charge. We also reserve the right to
cancel orders when backordered products cannot be secured within a
reasonable time frame.
All orders are shipped USPS Priority
with Delivery Confirmation (except orders to Puerto Rico, and US
Military Bases (APO/FPOs) - these orders are still shipped Priority, but the Post
Office does not offer Delivery Confirmation to these destinations). Before any credits or replacement
products are released, damaged merchandise must be returned to us -
postage to be paid by the recipient. Replacement products will be
shipped or credits will be issued once the damaged merchandise has
been returned and inspected by one of our shipping/receiving staff.
Please Note: Hair Care USA, Inc. will
NOT be held responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once it has
been delivered by postal carrier to your address. It is the
purchaser's responsibility to ensure that products purchased are sent
to a secure location (such as a PO Box, a place of residence where
someone is home to accept the package, or a place of employment where
someone is there to accept the package).
Privacy
and Security
As a family owned and operated
business, we understand the need for both security and privacy.
- All online transactions at Hair
Care USA are handled with
industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card
number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet
in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
- For added security, we have also
implemented AVS (Address
Verification System). This is a verification system that compares
the billing address information provided by the customer online
with the billing address on file at the customer’s credit card
issuing bank. We have found this to be an excellent and effective
method for preventing credit card fraud.
